Quote requests are not binding until confirmed by both parties. We reserve the right to decline any request for any reason. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit may be required to begin work. Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated completion dates are approximate. We strive to meet deadlines but cannot guarantee exact dates due to the nature of custom work. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to partial charges for materials and labor already rendered. Deposits are non-refundable after work has started.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Rose Sewing Studio and may not be used without permission. Custom designs remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our services
  • Provide false information
  • Interfere with our website's functionality
  • Violate any applicable laws

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
